“Hideaway Harlee” our 2021 female Canadian Border Collie, is our pride and joy here at Liberty Lane Farms. When we decided to start our Border Collie breeding program, we looked into a few options on where we would start with bloodlines and characteristics.
Hideaway Farms, had an excellent selection of Canadian Border Collie puppies at the time we started contact with them. Harlee was chosen not only for her petite size, she was also chosen based on her demeaner. Our “Harlee Quinn” has grown into not only an extremely athletic dog, but a loyal sweet companion. We wanted to wait before introducing her as a mom, until she was mature and ready for the task. Harlee, had her first litter in 2023 and is now on her second litter two years later. A devoted mom and truly, the best at her new job. We are thrilled with the testimonys, from not only the new owners, but also from other professionals in the industry such as our Vet care facility Cedarview Animal Hospital, Ottawa Ontario.
