    • While breeder verification is compulsory, Pup Parents also have the option to upload their government-issued ID on Paction. These members will be listed as “verified” users; Pup Providers can decide whether to meet with only verified users or request that only verified users can book a visit.

Individual Listings for improved organization

On Paction, you can create a Listing to individually feature each pup available for rehoming. Listings allow for photos of the pup, parents, and litters. Individual Listings offer more transparency but also help you track each pup via workflow flows - managing availability, deposits, and payments associated with that particular pup and the corresponding purchaser.

    • When you create a Listing, you can easily enter all the relevant information of a single pup, including photos with a photo cropper, so that you end up with a beautifully designed ad for prospective customers shopping online.

    • Listings are built to be shared via text, emails or messaging through other platforms in order to maximize your exposure and make use of Paction’s workflow tools. By directing them to your Paction profile and other Listings, you can easily communicate with your customers, update the status of your puppies, schedule a visit for that pup and take deposits and payments through a secure platform.

    • Maintain a clear picture of which puppies are reserved (and by whom), which are rehomed, and which are available while keeping track of deposits and money owed. You also have the ability to track the history of each Listing, who took that pup home, when they took them home and the corresponding transaction details.

The Waitlist tool has been designed to provide convenience for Pup Providers and this feature provides Pup Parents an easy way to stay up to date with well managed expectations while they wait.

  • Prioritize transparency with updated Waitlists
    • Prospective Pup Parents can join one of your Waitlists and they are able to see their position in line for selecting a puppy. This helps to reduce uncertainty and provide clarity on what stage they are in the process of an expected litter.
  • Update the status of litters in real-time
    • Connect with Pup Parents by sending important announcements via the platform with in-site and email notifications. Update those on the Waitlist about upcoming litters, announcing the birth of a litter, and sharing important details for rehoming your pups. You can also share photos and easily message individual members of the Waitlist.

Benefit from real Reviews that solidify your reputation

Consumers rely on online reviews when making purchasing decisions and reputation management is a crucial part of marketing for any business. However, many online reviews are unreliable, and consumers are well aware of the prevalence of fake reviews. Paction’s Review tool helps you build and solidify your online reputation for the legacy of your breeding program.

  • Unique workflow for Reviews
    • On Paction, Reviews can only be written by those who have significant interaction with a breeder. Once users book a visit, put down a deposit, engage on a waitlist or bring home the pup, Pup Parent users are triggered to start their review.
    • Pup parents can also add to their review a total of three times to provide additional context throughout the process. Pup providers can reply to each of these posted reviews.
  • Save time with Paction’s automatic Review request
    • There’s no need to hassle customers to write Google reviews or provide statements for your website. Paction automates the Review process with thoughtful notifications from the platform, explaining why thoughtful Reviews are such a critical part of the Paction environment and incentivizing Pup Parents to participate.
  • Pup Parent References
    • As part of the Review process, a Pup Parent has the option to agree to serve as a Reference for other consumers interested in your breeding program.

Booking system for safety & customer service

Don't be bombarded with disorganized online messages or texts requesting to visit your operation or your latest litter. On Paction, Pup Parents can request to book in-person or video call Visits based on your pre-set availability.

  • Manage your availability for a smooth experience
    • Reduce the back-and-forth coordination by having Pup Parents request to meet you virtually or in-person based on your listed availability, which is set in your calendar and displayed on your profile. Requests can be gated by a screening survey and require your confirmation before you release an address and instructions.
  • Reduce no-shows with enhanced accountability
    • Pup parents pay a small fee to use the booking service on the platform which serves only to filter serious customers.
  • Feel safer with ID verification
    • Serious consumers upload their ID for safety so that the platform can always track who visited your establishment.
