Paction is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to work across the entire development lifecycle, from concept, testing to deployment and maintenance. This role will collaborate with a small team of engineers in the creation of Paction's custom web application. A focus on user interface and understanding the customer experience are essential.
The Role
Develop and maintain robust front-end and back-end applications
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code, following best practices
Collaborate with the product manager to create and implement new features and flows
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of Paction's custom web application
Experience
Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails)
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and database management (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience with developing mobile-friendly features

The Role
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, optimize website performance, and improve keyword rankings
Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, creating and curating engaging content to increase brand loyalty and user engagement
Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of SEO and social media campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and seamless integration across all marketing channels
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategies current and competitive
Experience
Proven experience (preferably 5+ years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong emphasis on SEO and social media
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and social media management platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Hootsuite, etc.)
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, and content optimization techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging social media content
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adapt strategies accordingly
