As a registered CKC kennel (Apsara), we have been breeding pure bred papillons on and off for 26 years and have pretty much retired from breeding and showing. In that time, we have introduced litters A to S to the world and have 13 Conformation Champions to show for it.
All dogs are place under contract so that expectations are up-front and known. The Breeder will take questions and provide guidance upon request for the life of the dog.
