Jeremy and Paulina were in prompt, transparent and honest communication!

My wife and I could not be happier with our male pup named Mango from Round Point Mini Aussies! One of the key points that impressed us was how open Jeremy and Paulina were in prompt, transparent and honest communication. We were on vacation and couldn’t print off the contract or make a payment right away, however Jeremy ensured us our spot was reserved and to provide these once we were back in Canada. We were super appreciative of that and still are. My wife and I were at odds in which puppy we wanted to select initially and later on Jeremy was super flexible in letting us choose another puppy to take home (that being Mango as my wife wanted him from the beginning). As we live in the lower mainland it is not an easy trek all the way from 150 mile house so delivery of the litter was just as impressive. We love Mango so much and the incredible experience Round Point provided that we are seriously considering getting another pup soon. Thank you Jeremy, Paulina and family for everything :)
