Heather is an exceptional dog breeder. I have one of her re-homed Scottish Terriers, who is the apple of my eye. Heather is sought after, not only for her stringent commitment to the health and well-being of her dogs, but for her unwavering dedication to ensuring a ‘good match’ when a puppy is being placed.
