From the moment our puppy was born, we felt completely involved in her growth and development because of the written updates, pictures, and videos Jillian posted. It was evident from these posts as well as meeting the litter, that Jillian provides a very loving and thoughtful approach using best in class techniques to raise her puppies from birth until we brought our puppy home. We appreciated the take-home information to guide us through our first few weeks of life with our puppy, as well as the ability to consult via phone or email for any questions or concerns we might have. We are thoroughly impressed with Jillian and the experience we have had.
