The experience with Inna was exciting and professional
Our family recently adopted a new (4 month old) puppy from Inna Miller. The experience was exciting and professional. When I first contacted Inna it was after I saw her advertisement for Yorkie/Maltese puppies for sale. The information and pictures of the puppies was thorough and accurate. I called Inna and set up a time that was convenient for me, to have a conversation to find out more about the puppies . Inna filled me in on the health, veterinary visits, habits and the disposition of the last puppy she had available. I was unable to travel to Lumby to have a meet and greet, and Inna happily offered to bring the puppy to our house to meet the family. She was not pushy or expecting anything other than to see that we were offering a good home for the pup. She arrived on time and spent a good amount of time going over Bennys eating habits, health and vet visits, vaccinations, teeth and teething, attitude to other dogs, and happily answered the numerous questions that we had for her. Benny was partially house trained and knew his way to where his food would be. When she handed Benny to me and my kids to hold, he was extremely happy and not at all afraid or shy of any of us. We decided right then we would love to keep him and the only concern I had, was my allergies to most dogs. Inna had brought a bag of food, some soft food, a toy, a blanket and a familiar towel to make Benny's transition easy on him and us too. We were very happy with that amount of caring. She told us that if for any reason, we decided not to keep the puppy, we could let her know and she would come and get him. After 2 days Inna called to see how Benny was doing and to see if my allergies were acting up. I am glad to say, the allergies are fine and Benny very easily moved in and became a part of our family. Inna was wonderful to deal with. Caring, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to adopt a puppy.

Our experience with adopting from Inna was a pleasure!
Our experience with adopting Chappie from Inna was a pleasure. We live on Vancouver Island so were unable to just go meet our baby Chappie. She was amazing with sending photos, videos and video chat. We were able to see his interactions with litter mates her adorable daughter and his environment. Chappie has settled into his new family with ease and has no problem dealing with new situations, which to me speaks volumes about how Inna raises her puppies.

I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new puppy to use Inna!
Working with Inna was such an easy process from start to finish. She is so professional from answering messages promptly to keeping us informed. We live fairly far from Lumby and even with the distance we were able to communicate easily. She even suggested a video call so we could meet her and the puppy we were looking at. When meeting Inna in person to pick up our new puppy. She came so prepared. Answering all our question, having proper vet records for us and even included the food he had been on, a blanket with his moms smell and a toy. You could tell instantly she cares deeply about her puppies and even after we brought him home you can tell he came from a good home that gave him such good care. His very balanced, used to being around people, is happy and healthy. We couldn't be happier with this experience and with our new family member. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new puppy to use Inna.

Inna is not only extremely professional but she is also incredibly kind!
My husband and I recently purchased a puppy, Ducky, from Inna and it was the best decision we have ever made. Inna is not only extremely professional but she is also incredibly kind. She worked with us to set up a payment plan for our puppy. She also had a toy, blanket, bag of kibble and vet records for us to take home with our puppy and she checked in with us throughout the first few weeks with our new puppy to make sure things were going smoothly. Inna goes above and beyond to care for her puppies and makes sure they go to amazing homes. We could not be any more impressed or happy with our decision and we absolutely adore our little ducky.

Would strongly recommend Inna as a breeder!
I am close to retiring and was looking for a female dog that would be small enough to travel but still sturdy enough to camp and go for hikes/walks & hopefully be hypoallergenic. I saw Inna's ad for Biewer X Terrier puppies and called & left a voicemail. Inna called me back quickly and answered all of my concerns/questions and we made arrangements for me to come and see the puppies. Upon arriving at the farm I saw the Sire happily running about and was warmly welcomed into Inna's home where I met the Mom and puppies. You could tell right away how loved all of the dogs were. The puppies were playful, friendly, and happy. I was not rushed while we chatted and I played with the puppies & chose the one I would be bringing home. Before leaving Inna provided me with my puppy's health record, a month worth of high quality food, and a blanket with the Mom's scent on it to help my puppy adjust to her new home. I have had my puppy, Frankie, now for 2 weeks and cannot imagine life without her. She is very cuddly, social, playful, travels well in the car and quickly learning commands. Inna has checked-in to see how things are going and I know I can reach out to her if I have any questions. I have no regrets and would strongly recommend Inna as a breeder.

Wonderful dogs 12/10 for sure!
This is Goose that we chose for our family from the Miller family. We drove out to the their lovely farm in Limburg from Kamloops, had the chance to cuddle and play with a few different puppies and meet the parents of the litter before we chose one. These dogs are all out and apart of their family which is wonderful to see, the puppies were very very comfortable and snuggly with us the minute we held them, which was also very appealing and showed tender care to the dogs. We sat and had friendly chat for quite a while and wasn't rushed at all. They gave us a starter pack with a blanket that smelled like mom, a couple toys and his starter kibble and wet food enough for the first few weeks. And a bag to keep everything in. We have had Goose home for three weeks now and he's very smart, loving and is learning very quickly, loves the kids and our cats. This was a great experience for me and my daughter and highly recommended these great people and wonderful dogs 12/10 for sure!
